We are a private consultancy firm and are not affiliated with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or any government body. Our role is to guide, represent, and assist clients in their immigration applications based on our professional expertise.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we strive to provide the highest quality service and maximize your chances of success, we do not guarantee the approval of any visa, permit, or immigration application. Immigration decisions are made solely by Canadian immigration authorities (IRCC), and outcomes depend on various factors including eligibility, documentation accuracy, policy changes, and individual circumstances beyond our control.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation
• Timely submission of all required documents and forms
• Informing us of any changes in your circumstances that may affect your application
• Paying all agreed fees and government processing fees on time
• Understanding that delays caused by incomplete documentation or non-cooperation may affect your application timeline

5. Fees and Payments

Our service fees are quoted based on the complexity of your case and the services required. A detailed fee structure will be provided in your retainer agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Government fees, medical examination fees, and third-party costs are separate and must be paid directly by the client.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and documentation. We will not disclose your personal or case-related information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or necessary for the processing of your immigration application.

7. Retainer Agreement

Upon engaging our services, you will be required to sign a retainer agreement that outlines the scope of services, fees, timelines, and responsibilities of both parties. This agreement constitutes the primary legal document governing our professional relationship.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the professional relationship with written notice. In the event of termination, you will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the date of termination. We reserve the right to terminate services if we discover fraudulent information, non-payment of fees, or non-cooperation that jeopardizes the integrity of the application process.

9. Limitation of Liability

Global Doorways shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to application rejections, processing delays, or policy changes by immigration authorities. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount of fees paid for our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India and the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through mutual negotiation or through the appropriate legal channels in Ahmedabad.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
